Training Pastors

Our Forge Training Institute© offers seven levels of certificated Pastor Training. Each level  includes 4 days of intensive in person training and subsequent small group work with manuals which we supply to the students. We strongly urge both husband and wife to attend together even though one of them might not be involved in active ministry.

Forge Training Institute© is dedicated to training pastors in all facets of ministry, and fostering a thorough knowledge of Scripture. It is unique, however, in it’s emphasis on the following:

We experience much joy and healing in our training sessions as we lead pastors towards forgiveness, healing, and restoration. Many of them are dealing with childhood traumas, dysfunction in the home, and domestic violence for the first time. We find our time with them very rewarding. Families and churches are healing, and as a result, the churches grow. We are also seeing significant increases in church membership in many communities through the implementation of our church development material.
