Our goal is to help our youth and children become self-sufficient, productive men and women of God, and to embrace hard work as a part of owning their future. We believe that the excitement will "catch" and forge the way for business development, not only in the vicinity of the children's center, but in neighboring communities as well.
Our residents will work with the animals and crops, help maintain the center and help build productive businesses as part of their education. They will have the opportunity to be trained in business development, marketing, negotiating salaries, securing funding, and other aspects of launching successful businesses, agricultural projects, animal husbandry and vocational skills training in auto mechanics, the building trades, heavy machinery operation, manufacturing, digital technologies, and marketing.
As the children grow and demonstrate faithfulness and responsibility, they will be given businesses to own, operate and benefit from. We believe that our business ventures not only will provide the income needed to cover operational costs, but will also allow us to give to the surrounding community. We believe hard work, ownership, well developed strategies, and taking risks are essential ingredients in raising children and helping them become all that God intends them to become.
